Worksetup: Onsite & Night Shift

Location: Bacolod City, Negros Occidental

Role:IT Network And Systems Administrator
Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Systems Management

• Manage and monitor network and systems hardware onsite.
• Maintain hardware including biometrics, CCTV, and access points.
• Maintain MDF/IDF secure and tidy, including hardware and cabling management.
• Monitor network and systems performance; work with Network and Systems Engineers for troubleshooting.
• Assist Network and Systems Engineers in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware.
  
  

2. Security & Compliance

• Ensure systems and networks are secured against unauthorized access, both physical and virtual.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Assist Network and Systems Engineers in performing vulnerability and penetration testing.
  
  

3. Backup & Recovery

• Work with Network and Systems Engineers in planning and executing backup procedures.
• Implement disaster recovery strategies and perform restoration when needed.
  
  

4. User Account Management & Support

• Create and manage user accounts and access permissions across O365, Active Directory, CATO, and related systems.
• Assist users with systems and network connectivity issues.
  
  

5. Documentation

• Maintain network and system configuration records, operational procedures, update logs, and inventory records.
  
  

Secondary Responsibilities

Collaboration, Backup Support & Coverage

• Provide backup support for all IT-related issues sent to the ticketing system, including level 2 and 3 support escalations.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in systems and network administration.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft 365, and Azure Fundamentals certification is a plus.
• Advanced troubleshooting of systems and networks.
• Disaster recovery — planning and implementing data backups and procedures.
• Cloud computing knowledge.
• Implementing security measures on both servers and networks.
• Monitoring and analyzing systems performance and event logs.
• Active Directory management.
• Familiarity with CATO, CCTV, and biometric systems.
