Job Summary

IT Manager - Systems & Digital Transformation Delivery is a core leadership role responsible for the hands-on execution and successful deployment of technology projects across Aboitiz

InfraCapital Group. This role directly manages the technical delivery team to ensure that strategic technology initiatives are translated into functioning operational realities.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Systems Delivery & Implementation – Lead the planning and end-to-end delivery of enterprise system implementations, enhancements, integrations, and transformation initiatives across AIC, including ERP, HRIS, document management, productivity platforms, and other business applications.
  • Project Planning, Governance & Lifecycle Management – Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource requirements, governance structures, and implementation strategies. Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering and solution design through development, testing, deployment, stabilization, and post-implementation support.
  • Digital Transformation & Application Development – Lead the development and deployment of digital solutions, custom applications, automation, and workflow improvements using appropriate Agile, SDLC, and DevOps practices.
  • Business Process Analysis & Benefits Realization – Analyze business processes and operational pain points, develop AS-IS and TO-BE process designs, document business and functional requirements, prepare business cases, and track realization of expected project benefits.
  • Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Delivery Management – Coordinate business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, infrastructure groups, vendors, and external partners to ensure alignment, timely decisions, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
  • Solution Evaluation & Enterprise Architecture Compliance – Evaluate solution options, vendor proposals, project costs, resource requirements, expected benefits, technical feasibility, and alignment with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, integration, governance, and technology standards.
  • Data Engineering, Integration & Dashboard Delivery – Oversee development and maintenance of data integrations, pipelines, reporting solutions, and management dashboards to ensure accurate, timely, reliable, and actionable information for decision-making.
  • Vendor Management & SLA Enforcement – Manage technology vendors, system integrators, consultants, and third-party developers throughout project delivery. Monitor deliverables, quality, costs, risks, contractual commitments, and service-level agreements.
  • Operational Readiness & Service Transition – Establish SLAs, support models, maintenance procedures, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, and transition requirements to ensure solutions are successfully handed over to IT Operations and support teams.
  • Team Leadership & Capability Development – Lead and develop project managers, business analysts, developers, DevOps, data engineering, and other technical delivery resources. Promote delivery discipline, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Project Management Office (PMO) Leadership – Lead AIC's PMO by establishing project governance, standards, methodologies, templates, reporting mechanisms, prioritization processes, portfolio visibility, risk management, and oversight across strategic technology initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related area of study
  • Typically 5–8+ years of progressive IT experience in Enterprise systems management, Business applications support, ERP implementation and administration (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Systems analysis and administration, IT project management, Digital transformation initiatives
  • 2–3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience leading technical teams, vendors, or cross-functional projects.
  • Experience working in infrastructure, utilities, real estate, construction, or shared services environments is advantageous
