The IT Manager, Networks leads the design, operation, and evolution of the enterprise network and communications environment, ensuring secure, high-availability connectivity for a 24/7 hotel, casino, and corporate operation. The role oversees wired, wireless, firewall, voice, and unified communications platforms, supports critical systems such as gaming, CCTV, and guest services, and ensures regulatory compliance while delivering a reliable, premium guest experience across thousands of endpoints.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the 24/7 design and operation of enterprise wired and wireless networks to ensure high availability for hotel and casino systems.
Manage a high-density environment supporting 10,000+ endpoints, including guest devices, POS, APs, and loT.
Own the enterprise PBX and Unified Communications platform, including SIP trunking and critical hospitality voice integrations.
Manage firewall platforms and network segmentation to isolate gaming, guest, and corporate traffic.
Direct the high-bandwidth network backbone required for IP-based CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS).
Oversee structured cabling, IDF/MDF standards, and ELV network components across the resort.
Ensure all network configurations meet strict security, data privacy, and gaming regulatory audit requirements.
Act as the primary technical escalation point for critical network or telephony incidents impacting operations.
Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Network, Telecom, and Administrator engineers.
Direct ISPs, telcos, and system integrators to ensure service delivery and project success.
Maintain rigorous documentation, including HLD/LLD diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
Support technology refresh cycles and infrastructure improvement initiatives to prevent technical debt.
Oversee the integration of vendor-provided and SaaS platforms with internal network infrastructure.
Analyze network metrics to optimize capacity and resolve bottlenecks before they impact guests.
Partner with Cybersecurity, Facilities, and Business units to align infrastructure with operational need.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience in enterprise networking, with 3 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing enterprise wired and wireless networks in a 24/7 environment.
Experience supporting CCTV or surveillance network infrastructure.
Demonstrated experience operating networks with 10,000+ connected endpoints.
Strong experience with firewalls, routing, switching, and network security.
Experience with structured cabling and IDF/MDF environments.
Networking certifications are an advantage, particularly in enterprise wired, wireless, or firewall platforms (e.g., Aruba, Fortinet)
