About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our software development and deployment initiatives. This role involves overseeing end-to-end project implementation, managing a dynamic technical team, and delivering high-quality, scalable software solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with proven leadership skills. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement across development processes, ensuring system stability, and aligning technical solutions with business objectives in a global environment.

Requirements

1. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience in software development or IT management.
2. Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Proven track record in software engineering and leading complex development projects.
4. Strong technical proficiency in Python, Java, AngularJS, and Spring Boot.
5. Knowledge of C# is an added advantage; willingness to learn is required.
6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
7. Highly responsive, accountable, and able to manage issues through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead end-to-end AI application deployment across multiple platforms.
2. Drive continuous system improvement through troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrades.
3. Enforce engineering quality via code reviews, design reviews, and development standards.
4. Identify project risks and dependencies early, and implement effective mitigation plans.
5. Translate business and user requirements into practical technical solutions and roadmaps.
6. Define, implement, and improve development processes using Agile best practices.
7. Ensure system integration, compatibility, performance, and long-term stability.
8. Plan, prioritize, and deliver projects while reporting progress and changes to the HOD.
9. Lead, mentor, and grow the team through workload planning and performance reviews.
10. Maintain clear documentation, promote knowledge sharing, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
