Lead Technology, Drive Innovation, Enable Business Growth
We are seeking a highly experienced Information Systems & Technology Manager to lead and oversee our organization's IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and technology strategy. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring that technology effectively supports business objectives while maintaining operational excellence, security, scalability, and innovation.
The ideal candidate is a strategic IT leader with strong technical expertise, proven people management experience, and a track record of successfully managing enterprise IT environments in fast-paced organizations such as BPOs, shared services, or large corporate settings.
Key Responsibilities
IT Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute the organization's IT strategy aligned with business goals and growth initiatives.
- Partner with executive leadership and business stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and drive digital transformation.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business value.
Infrastructure & Operations Management
- Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
- Ensure the stability, scalability, reliability, and performance of enterprise systems and services.
- Manage cloud platforms, virtualization technologies, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
- Monitor system health, capacity planning, and infrastructure performance.
Cybersecurity & Compliance
- Develop and enforce information security policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives, risk assessments, vulnerability management, and incident response activities.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
- Conduct regular security audits and system reviews.
- Implement controls for data protection, backup, recovery, and business continuity
Enterprise Applications & Systems
- Oversee the deployment, integration, support, and maintenance of enterprise applications and business systems.
- Collaborate with business units to customize and enhance technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Manage ERP systems, databases, and enterprise software platforms.
- Ensure seamless integration between applications and business processes.
IT Service Delivery
- Manage IT helpdesk and support operations, ensuring excellent service levels and user satisfaction
- Establish and monitor KPIs such as response times, resolution times, and service quality metrics
- Ensure effective incident, problem, and change management processes
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, procedures, and technical standards
Vendor & Financial Management
- Manage relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and consultants
- Negotiate contracts, licensing agreements, and service-level agreements
- Develop and manage the annual IT budget
- Monitor IT expenditures and identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Management, IT Operations Leadership, or a similar managerial role
- Strong experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure, systems, and networks
- Proven success leading IT teams in a high-demand environment such a BPO Shared Services Contact Centers Enterprise Organizations
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects from planning through implementation
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, governance, and risk management
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
