Job Description

Key Responsibilities

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

  • Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and system security
  • Ensure system stability, uptime, and data integrity across all business units
  • Oversee hardware and software lifecycle management

Systems Integration & SAP Management


  • Lead integration of SAP with Finance, POS, Magento, and website platforms
  • Ensure accurate data flow between systems and resolve integration issues
  • Support end-to-end business processes through optimized system configurations

Reporting & Data Management


  • Develop, customize, and maintain Crystal Reports within SAP
  • Translate business requirements into detailed financial and operational reports
  • Provide accurate reporting support for finance, sales, and operations teams

Business Process Support


  • Work closely with Finance, Sales, E-commerce, and Operations to understand system needs
  • Recommend technology improvements to enhance process efficiency
  • Provide user training and system support when necessary

Vendor & Project Management


  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers
  • Lead system upgrades, enhancements, and implementation projects
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Qualifications


  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • 58 years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise systems management
  • Strong expertise in SAP integration (Finance, POS, Magento, website platforms)
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP Crystal Reports development
  • Solid understanding of business process flows in FMCG or retail environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
