WE ARE HIRING
IT MANAGER
Salary: PHP 50,000–60,000
Work Schedule: 5 days | 8:00 AM–6:00 PM
On-call basis
We are looking for an experienced and driven IT professional to join our team as an IT Manager. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience, solid technical knowledge, and the ability to manage different IT functions while supporting the organization's technology and business needs.
The IT Manager will play an important role in maintaining reliable IT operations, supporting business systems, and ensuring that technology solutions continue to meet the needs of different departments. The successful candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing priorities, and providing effective technical leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
At least three (3) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in information technology.
Experience supporting manufacturing, ERP, warehouse, or production systems is preferred.
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and managing all information technology functions, including IT infrastructure, enterprise applications, cybersecurity, systems integration, technical support, and digital transformation initiatives.
