About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead IT infrastructure and operations in a BPO or multinational environment. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong people management skills and proven experience handling local site IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage IT infrastructure and operations for onsite BPO locations
Oversee enterprise systems including servers, virtualization, and networks
Manage VMware and or Hyper-V environments
Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Zscaler, and network solutions
Implement ITSM processes aligned with ITIL best practices
Use ServiceNow, JIRA, or similar ITSM tools for service delivery
Manage vendors, service providers, and local site IT operations
Lead, mentor, and develop IT teams
Ensure system availability, security, and compliance
Qualifications
College graduate
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations
At least 3 years of experience in an IT management role
BPO or MNC experience preferred
Strong hands-on experience in enterprise systems, virtualization, and network architecture
Experience with Microsoft 365, Intune, and Zscaler
Solid experience managing local IT sites for BPO companies
Knowledge of ITSM frameworks such as ITIL
Experience using ServiceNow, JIRA, or other ITSM tools
Willing to work 100% onsite in Taguig
Flexible to work midshift or nightshift
