Job Description
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in BSIT, BSCS, or Computer Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Systems Administration or IT Management,
preferably in a retail environment.
Deep experience in Network Security, Sophos Firewall configuration, and wide-area network
(WAN) management.
Proven track record in managing Barter POS and NAS configurations.
Ability to lead complex migrations and system implementations.
Demonstrated experience in people management and team development.

Responsibilities
Network & amp; Infrastructure Administration
Directly manage and optimize the company's Networking infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
Expert-level administration of Sophos Firewalls, ISP links, and secure wireless connectivity
across
all branches
Oversee NAS (Network Attached Storage) setup, configuration, and data redundancy.
Retail Systems Architecture
Act as the primary administrator for Retail Pro and Barter POS/BXI systems.
Lead the rollout of POS systems to new stores, managing both the hardware setup and the
communication links (store-to-HQ and store-to-store).
Cybersecurity & Access Control
Enforce strict IT security protocols and user access controls.
Manage and secure the corporate domain email and overall system health.
Regulatory & Data Compliance
Ensure all POS systems are fully compliant with BIR permit applications and regulatory
standards.
Manage Customer Master data and inventory groupings within the system.
Business Intelligence & Reporting
Develop and generate critical reports (Crystal Reports/QlikView) to support departmental
decision-making.
