Role Summary

As part of the IT Management Internship, you'll support the IT Workplace Services team in day-to-day operations. From troubleshooting laptops to assisting end users, you'll gain practical experience across core IT functions while building foundational technical and professional skills.

What You'll Do

• Assist in day-to-day IT support
• Support hardware and software troubleshooting
• Help with laptop setup, reformatting, and OS installation (Windows/Mac)
• Assist in user account setup and configuration
• Gain experience in end-user support through shadowing and reverse shadowing
• Learn about device compliance and cloud-managed environments
• Perform basic IT maintenance and repair tasks

What We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a degree in BS IT, IT Engineering, or related field
• Basic knowledge of hardware, software, and networking fundamentals
• Familiarity with laptop troubleshooting and system setup
• Willing to learn and adapt to a fast-paced IT environment
• Available to commit to a 5-month internship starting November 3, 2026

Work Schedule

• 3 days onsite and 2 days hybrid
