Within the Corporate IT organization, you will join the IT Service Management team for LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems: G6 technology) providing technical support expertise:
Resolve issues, maintain & improve application stability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and reliability of business-critical systems.
Provide 2nd & 3rd level application support for the application.
Graduate Level of studies and/or Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science, Engineering or related subject
Minimum of 1 - 2 years similar working experience
Required:
Experience in application support & bug fixing
Experience with Relational Databases (e.g.SQL Server, Oracle PL/SQL)
Experience in related support tools (e.g. Service Now)
Experience developing or maintaining instrument interfaces or middleware using Java (knowledge of APIs, web services, XML/JSON).
Experience in system maintenance, configuration management, and basic scripting for SQL.
Familiarity with change control, incident management, and documentation standards in regulated environments.
Ideally:
Knowledge of LIMS
Understanding of laboratory workflows and data management processes.
Experience with GIT projects repository
Knowledge of Java patterns
Good understanding of the Application Lifecycle Management
Used to work in an international environment
Business user oriented with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with IT and laboratory teams
Organized and structured

Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
Good level of English (verbal and written)
