Job Summary

The IT Inventory Control Manager is responsible for managing IT inventory operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining proper stock levels, and supporting business operations through effective inventory planning and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily IT inventory operations.
• Monitor inventory movement across offices, warehouses, and project sites.
• Conduct inventory audits and reconciliation.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.
• Coordinate equipment procurement and replenishment.
• Ensure proper issuance and return of IT assets.
• Manage BOM preparation for technology deployments.
• Analyze inventory variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop inventory control standards and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the inventory team.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Inventory or Asset Management.
• Leadership experience managing inventory teams.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills.
• Experience with inventory management software.
