IT Intern

Requirements:

*Only students with On-the-Job Training requirement are eligible to apply

- Can start ASAP

- Can provide MOA, Endorsement Letter, Good Moral, and Copy of Grades

- Currently pursuing Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any IT-related programs

- Amenable to report to Sta. Mesa, Manila and Ortigas, Pasig City offices

Scope of Work:

- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues via remote and onsite assistance.

- Maintain the inventory of laptops and IT peripherals for deployment

- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including routers, switches, printers, door access systems, and CCTV.

- Perform CCTV backup extraction and archiving.

- Administer staff door access enablement and deactivation.

- Update internal monitoring systems and trackers with real-time information.

- Configure and deploy laptops for interns.

- Manage staff IT asset turnover, replacement, and reconfiguration.

- Prepare monthly reports on IT operations and office updates.

- Coordinate technology procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, and deployment of IT equipment and software.
