About the Role
SM Investments Corporation is looking for a driven IT Helpdesk or Tech Support Intern to support daily IT operations and gain hands-on experience in technical support and user assistance.
What You'll Do
- Provide first-level support for basic hardware, software, and network issues
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving user concerns
- Help with setup and configuration of IT equipment
- Support user account requests (e.g., access, password resets)
- Log and monitor tickets in the helpdesk system
- Assist in IT documentation and inventory
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related course
- Can render at least 400 hrs. of internship
- Will be able to submit a Memorandum of Agreement from his/her school
- Willing to work onsite in Pasay City
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and troubleshooting
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
