Job Summary
The IT Infrastructure Asset Manager oversees the planning, tracking, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure assets. The role ensures that all technology assets are properly documented, available, and aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage IT infrastructure assets across multiple locations.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Oversee BOM preparation for infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate equipment procurement and deployment.
- Monitor asset utilization and lifecycle.
- Conduct inventory audits and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with company asset policies.
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Procurement, and Finance teams.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Lead inventory process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in multi-site IT operations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
