The IT Infrastructure and SAP Administrator manages servers, networks, cloud, backup, DR, and SAP Business One on HANA Environments to ensure secure and reliable operations. The role oversees system performance, patching, firewall/EDR, vulnerability management, access reviews, and security incident response, supporting the organization's overall cybersecurity posture.
IT Infrastructure & SAP Business One HANA Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments, ensuring high availability and optimal system uptime
- Administer and optimize Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, storage, backups, and disaster recovery solutions
- Oversee system security, including firewalls, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, patching, and compliance with security standards
- Monitor system performance, incidents, and alerts, and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime and security breaches
- Conduct regular infrastructure audits, performance tuning, and capacity planning to support business growth
- Maintain accurate technical documentation, system configurations, and support compliance requirements
SAP Business One HANA Responsibilities:
- Administer, support, and maintain SAP Business One powered by HANA, ensuring system stability and performance
- Understand and manage end-to-end SAP B1 process flows, including:
- Procure-to-Pay (Purchasing Cycle)
- Order-to-Cash (Sales Cycle)
- Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
- Provide technical and functional support to users, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors when needed
- Perform database management and optimization within SAP HANA environment
- Support system integration, reports, and enhancements aligned with business requirements
- Ensure data integrity, backups, and disaster recovery for SAP systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure, cloud (Azure), and cybersecurity
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP Business One HANA administration and process flow
- Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and system monitoring tools
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
