Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk operations.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies (WordPress, HTML, CSS, or CMS platforms).
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and network fundamentals.
• Good understanding of website maintenance, SEO basics, and content management principles.
  
  

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for IT issues, assisting users with software and hardware inquiries.
• Manage and update website content, ensuring information is current and relevant.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment.
