Job Description
We are seeking Technical Support Representatives to assist customers with technical issues, provide troubleshooting assistance, and deliver clear solutions to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Troubleshoot internet, software, or account-related technical concerns
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions
- Accurately document all issues and resolutions
- Escalate complex technical cases to higher support teams when needed
- Maintain service quality and performance standards
Schedule & Training
- Shifting schedules, including nights and weekends
- Paid training on technical systems and support processes
Requirements
- High School or Senior High School graduate (College level preferred)
- At least 1 year BPO experience with Technical Support background
- Must have stable internet connection at home
- Strong English communication and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work onsite in Davao City
