In this role, your mission is to provide expert-level technical support and maintain critical IT infrastructure. You will make a direct impact by:

  • Leading the helpdesk team in resolving complex, in-depth IT support requests.
  • Diagnosing and implementing solutions for hardware, software, and network issues onsite and remotely.
  • Maintaining and updating vital documentation and contributing to knowledge base articles.

This Role Is for You If

Experience:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk.
  • You are a graduate of IT/Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any relevant course.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, operating systems, networking, and common applications.
  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.

Non-Negotiables:

  • Onsite availability at IT Park.
  • Flexibility to work on shifting and rotating schedules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with users and other IT staff.
  • Ability to provide a high level of customer service and maintain a positive attitude while resolving technical issues.

Bonus Points:

  • You have an ITIL 4 certification.
