Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end outbound sales and overall revenue growth for hospitals and clinics across the Philippines.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive process and product improvements to support client renewal and revenue growth.
  • Uncover new opportunities within existing clients to enable up-sell and cross-sell conversations.
  • Build a playbook to scale across the region.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of sales experience, with relevant hunting experience in the healthcare or startup tech-related fields.
  • Passionate about Bot MD's products and impacting healthcare.
  • Strong interest in technology with a deep understanding of SaaS products, ideally with experience managing hospital and clinic stakeholders within the medical industry.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, solutions delivery, engineering).
  • Team player with great communication skills and a can-do spirit.

Work Arrangement

  • 1-year contract (With the potential to transition into a permanent role)
  • Salary Budget: Php 70,000-Php 80,000 (plus incentive)
  • Remote Set up
