Job Description

Role Summary

  • Ability to lead IT Governance in manager's absence due to OOO or holidays, etc.
  • Provide stability and oversight across high-risk, high-visibility vendor engagements, including escalations, approvals, and issue resolution.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead IT vendor onboarding and setup activities, including coordination with Procurement, Legal, Finance, HR Data Entry, and regional teams (e.g., LTM, Accenture, ISFNET, Protera).
  • Manage purchasing workflows such as PRs, POs, CRs, vendor setup, renewals, endorsements, and vendor detail changes, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and AOP constraints.
  • Serve as primary escalation point for vendor contract questions, payment delays, service suspensions, and scope ambiguities.
  • Coordinate closely with Legal on MSAs, SOWs, amendments, penalties, pre-termination clauses, and compliance language. Provide updates and actively monitor the status of each contract.
  • Partner with Finance to manage accruals, cost center alignment, invoice tracking and validation, and resolution of unpaid or disputed vendor invoices.
  • Identify gaps in vendor intake, procurement, and governance processes and propose practical improvements to reduce rework and fire drills.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the IT budgeting and AOP process, including data consolidation, stakeholder alignment, and monitoring to support informed decision-making and financial accountability.
  • Act as a liaison between global regions (US, APAC, EMEA) to align vendor processes, RTO considerations, and local execution constraints.
  • Coordinate multi‑party discussions when conflicting directions or unclear ownership arise between IT, Operations, Finance, or regional leadership.

Required Skills

  • Experience in vendor management, procurement, or IT operations.
  • Understanding of contracts, SOWs, and vendor governance.
  • Experience working with Finance and budgeting processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and regions.

Preferred Experience

  • IT governance or technology operations background.
  • Experience with procurement systems and purchasing workflows.
  • Exposure to budgeting, forecasts, accruals, and financial tracking.
  • Experience supporting global organizations.
