Job Description

Lead end-to-end IT operations, infrastructure, applications, and OT systems across two manufacturing sites.
Act as the primary technology partner to plant leadership, aligning IT initiatives with business objectives.
Ensure high availability, security, and performance of factory-critical systems, including MES, SCADA, ERP, and warehouse solutions.
Drive alignment between site technology operations and enterprise IT strategy, architecture, and governance.
Manage IT service delivery, vendor partnerships, budgets, procurement, and technology asset lifecycle.
Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives across manufacturing environments.
Oversee IT projects including site expansions, new production lines, system upgrades, and integration activities.
Develop and mentor the local IT team while driving continuous improvement through KPIs, operational metrics, and stakeholder feedback.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
15+ years of progressive IT experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience managing IT operations within manufacturing, industrial, or factory-based environments.
Strong knowledge of MES, SCADA, warehouse systems, OT infrastructure, and enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience with networking, cybersecurity, endpoint management, and IT service management frameworks.
Demonstrated success leading teams, managing vendors, budgets, and complex technology projects.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively from shop floor teams to executive leadership.
Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or an MBA/MIT qualification are advantageous exposure to Industry 4.0, Lean, or Six Sigma is a plus.
