What You Will Do
- Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Work directly with Scrum Teams to address DevOps-related requests, issues, and process improvements.
- Communicate and roll out new process workflows, architecture diagrams, and tools to Scrum Teams.
- Automate and optimize manual workflows to enhance delivery speed, stability, and consistency.
- Monitor project metrics and suggest improvements to pipelines and system performance.
- Administer and troubleshoot project-specific DevOps tools and environments.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and platform teams to ensure smooth deployments and releases.
- Perform code and infrastructure reviews and enforce DevOps best practices and standards.
- Mentor junior DevOps engineers and lead by example in collaborative work.
- Assist in capacity planning, system monitoring, and proactive issue resolution.
- Stay current with industry trends and identify relevant improvements to tooling or processes.
What You Need To Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a DevOps role. Experience working in agile teams within dynamic, fast-paced IT environments.
- Advanced scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
- Strong background in Linux and/or Windows system administration.
- Expertise in using Git and Git-based tools for version control.
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet for configuration management.
- Proficient in CI/CD automation tools (GitLab, Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of basic query languages (SQL, etc.).
- Proficient in monitoring solutions like Grafana, ELK, or Splunk.
- Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with Maven, Gradle, JBoss, or similar delivery tools.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Deep understanding of DevOps best practices, automation, and agile collaboration.

- Regularly use collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Confluence to communicate effectively and coordinate DevOps tasks.
- Advanced user of ticketing systems like Jira, with experience handling BAU (Business As Usual) and initiative tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring issue resolution meets SLAs.
