The IT Deployment Assistant reports directly to the Deployment Manager. This role involves monitoring different stages of software deployment.
Responsibilities
- Record and monitor requests sent to the Deployment Team
- Ensure deployment requests are fulfilled
- Coordinate with various teams to support deployment needs
- Alert System Team to act on deployment request and track request to closure
- Conduct post production testing before actual deployment to prospects and customers
- Update appropriate tracking systems
- Monitor deployed environments expiration and release
- Conduct health checks, core function testing and bulk testing
- Render general administrative support to assigned projects
Qualifications
- A Bachelors degree holder in any course
- Flexible, willing to work on various administrative tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong organization, monitoring, and coordination skills
- Focused and detail-oriented
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools & technologies (E.g. JIRA)
- Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Can work with minimum supervision
- Can render overtime when needed
- Can adapt to changing shift schedules
- o Current regular shift 6:00 AM 3:00 PM 10:00 AM 7:00 PM 1:00 PM 10:00 PM
- o Adhoc shift based on need 3:00 PM 12:00 AM 10:00 PM 7:00 AM
