The IT Head shall demonstrate strong leadership, IT project management experience, as well as retail IT system expertise. In this role, you will closely work with stake holders to achieve business targets, create strategies, and lead the local IT team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Leads development and implementation processes for the organizations IT systems and department to maintain a stable IT environment for the entire business.
- Create strategy of new or update business solutions and ensure proper execution of IT infrastructure and Execution .
- Create and Maintain a strong relationship with Global headquarter and Other region teams for Global solution development, implementation and continuously improving.
- Direct and manage execution of IT projects with regional and global IT team, full commitment making operationally established condition.
- Accelerate the business process automation and standardization initiatives to achieve work efficiency.
- Prepare, Manage and control financial budgets and expenses.
- Effectively enforce security of systems, networks, and enterprise information.
- Develop and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations of the department.
- Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
- Lead the local IT team by creating succession planning and grow a strong IT organization.
Qualifications:
- With 10 years solid experience in Senior capacity role.
- Able to solve complex problems with process improvement and system enhancement to achieve business goals.
- Experiences as Project Manager of Global IT solution implementation.
- Proficient in latest technology for IT systems and management:
Retail system(POS, Payment, Inventory)
Network

- Experience in leading a Global Organization and collaboration with Global Headquarters and other regional teams.
- Experience in cost management including cost structure reform in IT Department.
- Strong leadership in people management
- Systematic and Detailed Problem-Solver. Able to identify issues & root cause, thereon draw conclusions through performing risk analysis and identify solutions for both technical issues and business requirements
