Job Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Economics or Finance
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in managing Data Team
• Preferably with certifications on ITL4 Managing Professional
• Knowledgeable with Cloud Computing, AWS, Databricks, Cybersecurity governance, AI and automation
• Strategic Thinking and Decision Making, Change Leadership, Talent Development, Infrastructure Management, Business Acumen, Integrity, Customer Focus
  
  

Job Summary

• Responsible for transforming enterprise data into actionable business intelligence that supports strategic and operational decision-making.
• The role oversees data governance, business intelligence platforms, data warehousing, dashboard development, predictive analytics, KPI management and advance reporting across all business functions. It ensures that data is accurate, timely, secure and aligned with organizational goals while enabling executives and managers to make informed decisions.
