Your Role
As an
IT Coordinator, you will support the financial operations of our IT function across multiple client companies. Working closely with our Asset Manager, you will ensure billing accuracy and manage the following tasks:
- Process and track payments to IT vendors.
- Verify vendor invoices align with approved license counts and contract terms.
- Allocate and bill software and IT costs to supported companies.
- Track IT project budgets, costs, and forecasts.
- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and monthly credit card statements.
- Create purchase orders and track payment status.
- Identify billing discrepancies and flag potential budget overruns.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
- Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with invoicing, reconciliation, and cost tracking.
Preferred Skills/expertise
- Financial, accounting, or operations background.
