Conducts enterprise-wide information technology planning by consulting with internal staff to identify and prioritize the information technology needs of the organization. Develops, coordinates, guides and maintains IT systems strategic and operational plans in support of the organizations strategic plan
Provides guidance and leadership on evaluation, selection, implementation and maintenance of the organizations information systems by evaluating alternatives, performing appropriate cost benefit analysis and recommending solutions that balance cost and acceptable risks
Provides advice, counsel, education and service concerning issues and trends in the IT industry
Communicates IT plans, policies and technology trends throughout the organization and promotes and oversees relationships between IT resources and internal and external customers
Develops and maintains enterprise IT policies and procedures to ensure the protection of IT assets and the integrity, security and privacy of information
Develops and maintains an enterprise-wide business recovery plan to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services in the event of a disaster
Develops and maintains an annual operating and capital budget for network information and technology systems operations
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Masters or certifications is a plus)
10+ years work experience in enterprise systems and infrastructure
Strong background in IT strategic planning, implementation, and risk management
Proven ability to manage budgets, disaster recovery plans, and IT governance
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
Familiarity with cybersecurity, cloud solutions, and industry trends
