About this Position
The IT Consultant Audio Services is responsible for the design, delivery, operation, and continuous improvement of global enterprise audio and collaboration services. The role ensures reliable, secure, and user-centric audio solutions across meeting rooms, conferencing platforms, event spaces, and workplace collaboration technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, the position drives service excellence, technology standardization, and innovation across the global audio services landscape.
What You'll Do
- Manage and continuously improve global Audio Services, ensuring stable, secure, and high-quality service delivery across all regions.
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise audio solutions, including conferencing, meeting room, event, and collaboration technologies.
- Define and maintain global standards, architectures, and best practices for audio and collaboration services.
- Act as the primary consultant for business stakeholders, gathering requirements and translating them into sustainable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and support partners to ensure contractual compliance and service performance.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex audio service incidents, problems, and escalations.
- Drive technology lifecycle management, including upgrades, refresh programs, and adoption of new audio and collaboration technologies.
- Monitor service performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
What Makes You a Good Fit
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in Audio Visual (AV), Unified Communications (UC), Collaboration Technologies, IT Infrastructure, or related technology fields
- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise audio and collaboration technologies, including Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Collaboration, and meeting room solutions
- Solid technical knowledge of audio systems, including Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), microphones, speakers, conferencing systems, and related technologies
- Experience designing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise AV and collaboration solutions in a global environment
- Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management processes and experience managing vendors, service providers, incidents, and complex technical escalations
- Strong consulting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into sustainable technical solutions
- Amenable to work on a mid-shift schedule (1:00 PM to 10:00 PM) PH time on a hybrid work set-up, with three (3) days in the office
