Translate technical documents and requirements accurately between Japanese and English, ensuring the correct use of software engineering terminology and industry-specific jargon.
Act as a bridge between technical experts and stakeholders, translating complex technical information into understandable language tailored to the target audience, including non-technical users.
Support requirement management by documenting, clarifying, and tracking software requirements in col laboration with offshore team and the customer
Provide interpretation and translation support during meetings, presentations, and negotiations to facili tate smooth communication between Japanese and English-speaking teams.
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive project information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align documentation with project goals and update materials as software evolves.
Utilize tools such as Monday.com and document management systems to track documentation status and changes efficiently.
Job Qualifications
At least 3 years relevant experience
N2 JLPT level and higher
Knowledge on Software Engineering terminologies
Onsite work in CEBU office
Adaptable to support different projects translation needs.
