The IT Compliance Associate supports the IT Compliance team under the direction of the ITC PH Supervisor. This role is focused on the operational and preparatory side of compliance reviews — downloading and organizing report files, preparing and formatting review documents, performing initial data lookups, and ensuring all materials are complete and properly filed before analyst review. The Associate follows established team procedures and templates, with judgment and final analysis remaining with senior analysts. Over time, light guided assignments may be introduced as familiarity with team workflows develops.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Download, save, and organize review files, data exports, and supporting documentation in the correct team folders in accordance with established naming conventions.
•Prepare and format review documents, spreadsheets, and templates to ensure they are complete, correctly labeled, and ready for analyst use.
•Perform initial data lookups — such as matching employee records, checking system data, or cross-referencing source files — enter results into designated workbooks, and verify entries against source files for completeness and consistency.
•Flag missing, inconsistent, or out-of-place data items to the assigned analyst without drawing independent conclusions.
•Support senior analysts by populating structured tracking sheets, applying predefined filters, or drafting initial data summaries for analyst finalization.
•All work is performed internally within the IT Compliance team. The Associate is not expected to interface directly with external stakeholders, vendors, or other business units.
•Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
•College graduate or undergraduate. An IT-related background is a plus, though not a requirement.
•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a data-heavy or administrative role supporting an IT or compliance function.
•High proficiency in Microsoft Excel — formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data manipulation and cleansing techniques applied to large datasets.
•Strong accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, file handling, and document preparation. •Ability to follow structured procedures, checklists, and templates with consistency and minimal deviation.
•Amenable to working US hours (CST, Night Shift).
Desired
•Prior experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-heavy role where Excel was used regularly for reporting, reconciliation, or data cleanup.
