YOUR ROLE
The IT Change Management Specialist authorizes, documents and controls all changes to CEVA's IT systems (Application, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and DevOps changes) to minimize the interruption to the normal business operation. This role will also lead and run the Change Advisory Board (CAB).
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO
- Develop, manage and update the change policy and change management process for CEVA. Determine and recommend potential enhancements.
- Ensure efficient and effective flow of Change Requests (CR) through the Change Management process (CR life cycle submission to closure). Ensure Change Management System is updated correctly, and relevant documentations are attached to meet audit requirements.
- Reject any CR that is totally impractical ahead of the change board with clear documentation and communication to cover the decision.
- Facilitate the CAB meetings to review and approve changes across the organization.
- Conduct Post Implementation Review to assess the current trends; and produce daily, weekly and monthly reports to measure change management metrics.
- Review and apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Provide leadership and accountability for the Change Management process.
- Conduct Change Management training to global and remote users to enforce Change Management policies and standards; and to improve change success rate.
- Attend/chair meetings and generate ad hoc reports where/when required.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree holder (Computer Science, Information Technology or other related field)
- At least 3 years relevant Change Management experience is required.
- Knowledge in various ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.
- ITIL Certified is desired.
- Basic Knowledge of Networking, Operating platforms (Windows, UNIX/LINUX, OpenSource, etc)
- Excellent oral/written communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organization's hierarchy.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience.
- Able to own an issue and see it through to resolution
- Able to work off own initiative, multi-task and is excellent in time management skills
- Amenable to work in midshift schedule
- Excellent Written/ Spoken English language
