IT Change Management Specialist
Job Summary
We are looking for an IT Change Management Specialist to drive the successful adoption of technology initiatives and support business transformation. You will develop and execute change management strategies, engage stakeholders, and ensure smooth implementation of enterprise technology solutions while maximizing user adoption and minimizing business disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute change management plans for technology initiatives.
- Assess organizational impacts and readiness for change.
- Create communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Support enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, Cloud, etc.).
- Monitor user adoption and address change-related risks.
- Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management, digital transformation, or technology adoption.
- Experience supporting enterprise system implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, etc.).
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter) is an advantage.
