Serves as a production or operations support and is responsible in the day-to-day monitoring of SAP transactions and access issues, including other integrated systems and applications.

Key responsibilities include the following:

  • Approves, provisions, resets, or terminates user's access to SAP and Portals
  • Initiates SAP and other systems access revalidation process
  • Attends to a) tickets and SAP Security issues by performing root cause analysis and resolution; and b) other SAP Security requests
  • Generates and analyzes reports for SOD analysis, access revalidation activities, access monitoring, errors monitoring and audit compliance
  • Performs other tasks as assigned by the manager or Process Lead
  • Maintains and updates SAP Security documentation
  • Development and execution of test plans for unit, functional and regression testing
  • Level 3 production support of critical incidents, when required

Must-have Qualifications, Skills, Experience

  • Knowledge in SAP (ECC, BI, SRM, APO, EDI, etc)
  • Appropriate level of supply chain / finance / services / sales and marketing business knowledge to effectively understand and support processes
  • Good analytical (root cause analysis) and problem-solving skills
  • Personal Credibility
    • Able to work in a cross-functional team with diverse background
    • Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize items to complete tasks efficiently and within expected timelines
    • Good project management skill is a plus
    • Effective English language skills, verbal, and written communications
    • Effective training and work session facilitation capabilities
    • Uses appropriate confidentiality
    • Able to disseminate information appropriately
Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, engineering, and business

Experience

  • At least two years experience Finance / Supply Chain / Services / Sales and Marketing operations, within or outside of Lexmark
