We work closely with our clients to maintain, monitor, and manage their systems and processes based on their specific needs.
As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to help expand our managed services business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets for managed IT services
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other business development activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for prospective clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and the competitive landscape
- Prepare and submit accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and address customer needs
- Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Willingness to travel as required
