Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the development of business cases for project initiatives
- Gather and analyze requirements from business stakeholders
- Translate, simplify, and organize business needs into clear requirement specifications
- Assist the project team in developing test cases and ensuring alignment with documented requirements
- Support scope management and facilitate project acceptance processes
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in requirements gathering, systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
- Background in business processes within Banking, particularly loans or deposits, is preferred
- Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in problem-solving, workflow and process analysis, process improvement, user training, and documentation
