Job Description

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, documentation (BRD/FRD), and stakeholder management.
  • Experience working on system implementation projects and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience in procurement-related projects or systems is a plus.
