Responsibilities:
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements.
• Work with stakeholders during requirement elicitation to refine user stories.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for the development team!
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Maintain a centralized business requirement documentation.
• Provide training and support to end-users.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques
• Experience with Agile methodologies
