Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end requirements lifecyclefrom stakeholder engagement and elicitation to documentation, validation, and sign-offensuring alignment with gaming regulatory compliance (e.g., PAGCOR, GLI standards).
  • Analyze and map complex workflows across gaming, cage and count, hotel, and loyalty systems to ensure process integrity and business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and interface specs., Flow Diagrams, and UMLs.
  • Interface with vendor and internal development teams to define integration touchpoints (e.g., real-time APIs, ETLs, data feeds) between 3rd-party systems (e.g., IGT, Oracle Hospitality, SAP).
  • Conduct detailed gap analyses and impact assessments across new implementations and system upgrades.
  • Support audit and compliance reviews by providing traceability artifacts, testing evidence, and system behavior documentation/technical documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of Business Analyst experience, with minimum 2 years in the Integrated Resorts or Casino Gaming sector.
  • Strong understanding of Casino Management Systems (CMS), Loyalty & Rewards, Payment Gateways, and other relevant systems in Integrated Resorts and Gaming.
  • Proven experience in requirements engineering, process modeling, and basic QA methodologies in regulated environments.
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, SQL Management Studio, and visual collaboration and design tools (e.g. Figma, Lucid Chart, Draw.IO).
  • Basic hands-on experience with SQL (queries, joins, data validation) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with GLI standards, gaming audits, or government-mandated reporting (e.g., AML/KYC, jackpot tax, transaction logging).
  • Experience working with international vendors and coordinating across cross-functional teams. Preferred Certifications but not required:
  • IIBA CBAP/CCBA or ISTQB Certified Test Foundation Level Certification
  • ITIL Foundation or PMP (advantageous but not mandatory)
