Sealed Air Philippines is seeking a motivated IT Business Analyst IV-Finance and People to join the SEE Application Support team. This role is responsible for supporting global applications by ensuring efficient incident management, service request fulfillment, and problem resolution while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and operational performance.
You will collaborate with IT operations, security, and development teams to provide reliable application support and improve service delivery. - Proven track record in application support
- Ability to troubleshoot system issues and identify corrective measures

Education and Experience
