What you will do:
- Understand and obtain in-depth knowledge of assigned system.
- Able to translate business requirements into sustainable technical specifications
- Elicits, formalizes, validates functional and non-functional requirements and document them as user stories or other relevant artifacts
- Construct workflows and business process models
- Collaborate with the development team on a regular basis and provide timely support and general guidance on requirements, roadmap, and stakeholder priorities
- Take part in designing functionality together with the UX designer and/or development team
- Build and maintain good working relationships with key stakeholders
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for improvement (e.g. identifying areas of poor performance and making recommendations for improvement)
- Create quality documentation.
- Lead discovery phase of low impact initiatives such as BAU requirements of small requirements to an already signed off design.
What you need to have:
- 3 years minimum professional experience with IT implementation projects and business analysis
What can set you apart:
- Experience working as a business analyst in an agile environment
- Familiarity in analysis and modeling tools
- Post graduate diploma in courses related to IT/ Business Analysis / Process Engineering
- CBAP/IIBA Certification
- Familiarity with collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
