IGA/IAM Functional Engineer / Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IGA/IAM Functional Engineer / Business Analyst to support Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM) initiatives. This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, creating functional designs, coordinating with technical teams, supporting testing activities, and ensuring successful delivery of identity security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
- Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Prepare functional design documents, process workflows, test plans, and user guides.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and go-live activities.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings, workshops, and user training sessions.
- Assist with project documentation, status reporting, and risk tracking.
- Support solution demonstrations, proposals, and presales activities when required.
- Ensure delivered solutions meet business and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Functional Engineer.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IGA, IAM, or PAM projects.
- Strong requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
- Experience working through SDLC phases including requirements, design, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with leading IAM/IGA platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, CyberArk, or similar solutions.
- Knowledge of access governance, user lifecycle management, role management, and compliance processes.
- Exposure to RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, and presales support.
- Relevant IAM, IGA, or security certifications are an advantage.
