Role Description:

As an (IT) Business Analyst, you will work full-time with a temporary remote (WFH) setup. You will lead the process of defining client requirements through interviews and analyses, create use cases and workflows, collaborate with developers to assess changes, classify requirements, conduct testing, and ensure successful delivery. You will also provide end-user training and maintain essential documentation.

Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – PHP 35,000

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years work experience in IT business analysis with software development projects
  • Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
  • Preferably familiar with Agile ALM and SDLC tools (JIRA)

Know How/Skills:

  • Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Keen with details and can follow complex procedures
  • Good presentation skills
  • Fast learner, inquisitive, diligent, focused, and reliable
  • Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (temporary wfh set-up)

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to identify and gather requirement specifications through interviews and business processes walkthroughs and analyses
  • Develop use cases, workflows, and acceptance criteria for front-end and/or back-end functionalities
  • Coordinate with developers to assess feasibility of change and establish solution
  • Preside over requirements classifications with end-user and/or with internal teams
  • Conduct functional and integration testing
  • Ensure requirements are delivered and are client accepted
  • Provide training to end-users of applications
  • Provide and keep up-to-date functional documents and end-user manuals
