Job Description

Elicit and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis of existing specifications.
Translate business needs into functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, or models like UML/BPMN for developers.
Support solution design, testing (including UAT), and implementation by validating requirements against predefined scope.
Manage changes to requirements throughout the project lifecycle, rigorously evaluating impacts on tender specifications before approval.
Manage stakeholders actively to align expectations, specify requirements within the solution platform's capabilities, communicate progress, and prevent deviations from the tender-defined scope, minimizing scope creep.
Must have more than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software projects, including requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
