Responsibilities for this level include but are not limited to:
- Perform general computer control reviews, platform reviews, application reviews and other reviews as required for client engagements.
- Assist managers in engagement planning activities: conduct and documentation of survey meetings, preparation of time budgets, conduct of briefings, scheduling with client personnel, and any other planning activities as may be assigned.
- Coordinate and correspond with more senior level client staff during fieldwork and in other instances as may be appropriate to resolve issues, manage expectations, and maintain client relations.
- Perform on-field coaching and review the work of less experienced associates.
- Assist managers in engagement completion activities: drafting, compilation and finalization of reports; analysis of engagement budget against actual figures; and any other completion activities as may be assigned.
- Prepare performance appraisals for associates supervised.
- Share knowledge with less experienced staff through formal (e.g. training facilitation) and informal (e.g. on-field coaching) venues.
Requirements
- Preferred Certification: Certified Public Accountant or Certified Information Systems Auditor
- Current/previous experience as a Senior Auditor/Supervisor rendering IT audit services
- University degree, preferably in Accounting, IT, IS, AIS, Computer Science or Master's degree (preferable) with IT knowledge or MIS
- Minimum 2 years experience as IT Auditor or IT Administrator
- Able to appreciate business process issues and understand business transaction scenarios, and how an application system (e.g.T24, Flexcube, Oracle, etc.) can support them
- Basic understanding of ERP configurations e.g., SAP, Oracle, Navision. Ability to apply best practices of one ERP system in other ERP systems
- Preferably has good knowledge of SOC Audit or ISAE 3402 or 3000
- Good appreciation of fundamental audit knowledge
- Good grasp of IT technical concepts, e.g., Operating Systems (Unix, Windows, OS/400, etc), Databases (Oracle, SQL, etc.)
- Able to handle multiple tasks and assignments
- Logical thinking, good attitude, fast learner and good team player
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
