Your Role
The IT Audit Officer implements the approved Annual Audit Plan designed to evaluate and enhance the IT risk management, control and governance processes in order to assist the Management achieve its corporate goals.
Your Impact
- Completes assigned audit reviews based on the approved Audit Plan within set deadlines and all other assignments as directed by the Audit Committee of the Board (ACB)
- Analyze the level of risk of the Unit's operations/business and assess the adequacy of design and operating effectiveness of controls.
- Prepare and review audit findings and audit reports within the standard time allotted.
- Review previous Internal and External audit reports and other issues regarding the Unit to be audited.
- Establish/update Audit Programs after each audit assignment.
- Perform data analytics and provide audit insights.
Your Profile
- Graduate of Accountancy, Internal Auditing, or any Business or IT Course.
- Minimum of four (4) years IT audit and banking experience with at least two (2) years of supervisory/team leader experience.
- With experience in IT General Controls review, IT Application Controls review and Technical reviews including cybersecurity, cloud computing, virtualization and mobile computing.
- Familiar with common operating systems, databases, network, and/or cyber/IT security tools.
- Familiar with COBIT Framework.
- Certification in Cybersecurity, CISA, CIA or other IT/Audit related certifications is preferred.
- Versed in BSP and other government and legal agency rules and regulations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, M365, and CAATs tools.
- Technical skills in IT activities, tools and methodologies are likewise preferred.
