We are looking for an IT Assistant Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day IT operations and ensure the stability, security, and performance of the company's IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will lead IT projects, manage network and server environments, provide technical support, and supervise the IT team while driving continuous improvements across the organization's technology landscape.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring the availability, reliability, and security of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, servers, databases, backup, and recovery processes.
- Lead IT projects from planning through implementation while managing timelines, resources, and project risks.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues across multiple departments.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop IT team members while promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct user training on new systems, applications, and technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective IT solutions that support business operations.
- Monitor system performance and recommend technology improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Operations, Systems Administration, Network Administration, or IT Infrastructure Support.
- Experience managing Windows/Linux servers, LAN/WAN networks, databases, backup and recovery, and overall IT infrastructure.
- Proven experience leading IT projects from planning through implementation.
- Hands-on experience providing technical support and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Experience with database administration and tools such as HeidiSQL, Navicat Premium, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.

- Schedule: Monday to Friday, with scheduled Saturdays
