Job Description
- Responsible to monitor, assess, fix and upgrade system and application issues so that systems function uninterruptedly.
- Provide comprehensive technical support to all company employees, addressing software and hardware-related inquiries and issues
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance on hardware systems and network equipment to mitigate potential errors or failures
- Investigate and troubleshoot hardware problems, including computers, printers, and all network-connected digital systems.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and management of IT projects within the company.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in system support or similar roles is an advantage
- Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)
- Strong technical support skills with the ability to handle software and hardware-related issues
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
- Willing to work six (6) days a week
- Open to fresh graduates who can speak Mandarin
- Willing to be assigned onsite at Upper McKinley, Taguig
