Job Description

Job Title: Network Analyst Assistant Manager

Location: Clark Pampanga

Work Mode: Onsite 5 Days a Week

Shift / Support Model: 24x7 Support Availability (including nights and weekends as required)

Role Summary

We are seeking skilled Networking Lead L4 professionals with strong hands-on experience in Cisco network technologies to support the design, deployment, and operations of a hightraffic enterprise network environment.

The role requires solid expertise in Cisco routing, switching, and security platforms, along with working knowledge of Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall appliances. The Networking Lead will work closely with the IT support and operations teams to ensure optimal network performance, availability, and security while maintaining system integrity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Network Operations & Technical Support

  • Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise IT network infrastructure.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routing and switching technologies.
  • Install, configure, and support Cisco network and security devices, including:
  • Cisco ASA
  • Cisco Firepower
  • IPS
  • Routers & Switches
  • Cisco AnyConnect
  • Manage and support Proxy infrastructure and Checkpoint firewall appliances.

Security Compliance & Audit Support

  • Maintain ongoing network security and compliance through:
  • Application of security patches
  • IOS upgrades and updates
  • Regular review of audit and security logs
  • Enforcement of access controls
  • Maintenance and updates of network security guidelines
  • Participate in internal, external, and client security audits.
  • Identify, track, and remediate security risks and audit findings.

Network Performance Monitoring & Planning

  • Monitor and assess network performance to meet business and operational requirements.
  • Identify performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support network capacity planning and assist with:
  • Hardware upgrades
  • Software upgrades
  • Technology refresh and replacement initiatives

ITIL & Operational Processes

  • Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices, including:
  • Capacity Management
  • Change Management
  • Incident Management
  • Vendor Management
  • Participate in disaster recovery (DR) operations and testing as required.

Support & Availability

  • Provide 24x7 operational support, including flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Act as an escalation point for network-related incidents.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills in highpressure situations.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Create and maintain accurate network diagrams and technical documentation.
  • Prepare and present networking and performance reports.
  • Ensure documentation supports network design, planning, and operational continuity.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Network Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 45 years of hands-on experience in network administration and support roles.
  • Experience working in enterprise or highavailability network environments.

Mandatory Certifications

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong hands-on expertise in Cisco networking and security technologies.
  • Experience with Proxy solutions and Checkpoint firewall management.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes and operational best practices.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a 24x7 support model.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
