Job Description

Qualifications

At least 1 year of experience in IT Asset Management
Ability to manage multiple priorities, and Payment Processes related to IT assets, Contract Management, and ensure timely closure of issues, track action items
Experience working with Procurement, and business teams, compliance, with the ability to coordinate across IT
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Vlookup or similar platforms), Pivot, Power BI, Microsoft Excel
High level of attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and security, or related roles, Risk & Compliance, IT Governance
Knowledge in Technical Support and ITIL

Project-based (6 months initial contract)
Location: Global Center 9th Avenue, corner 30th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City
Hybrid setup

Responsibilities

IT ASSET CONTROLS

- Executes regular conformance reviews with IT Asset Owners to ensure compliance on industry regulations and standards

- Identifies gaps in IT Asset Management processes implemented by IT Asset Owners

- Assigns and monitors closure of gaps after each conformance reviews

- Serves as point of contact for regulatory and compliance activities related to IT Assets

IT ASSET INVENTORY

- Coordinates with IT Asset owners on the completeness and accuracy of their respective IT Assets

- Maintains a consolidated inventory of all IT Assets

- Prepares regular reports to management and IT Asset Owners

- Drives proper and secured data management on IT Asset records
